Brandon's journey to launching Maye Pack Construction has been unique in many ways. From a young age, he developed an entrepreneurial mindset, often working as a salesman alongside his uncles on weekends when he wasn't training for little league football.
His parents instilled in him early the values of discipline, leadership, and the ability to execute at a high level — principles that would shape both his athletic and professional career. These qualities led Brandon to become a standout college football player at Clemson University, where he earned numerous accolades and academic honors, and later obtain his master's degree from Mississippi State University.
Following a brief stint in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brandon's playing career was cut short due to injury. This devastating setback became a turning point, leading him into the construction industry as an outside salesman for ACS Partners, a general contracting company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Brandon quickly found success in sales and was promoted to Sales Manager, where he led a team of 10 sales professionals. Reflecting on his success, he says:
"The beauty of it was I wasn't selling — I was simply being myself, understanding our customers' problems, and providing solutions."
After a year at ACS Partners, Brandon made the bold decision to leave his comfort zone and pursue entrepreneurship full-time. "I gave up what was comfortable to stretch myself to greater heights," he shares.
Brandon went on to launch and grow multiple ventures, including a mobile car detailing business, a pressure washing company, and a nationwide motivational speaking platform. He is also the author of two bestselling books. The lessons and successes from these early ventures ultimately led to the creation of Maye Capital Group, which has grown into one of the fastest-growing real estate investment companies. Through this company, Brandon has successfully completed over 100 home renovations and developed deep expertise in capital raising, acquisitions, planning, design, and project management.
With extensive hands-on experience in construction, Brandon has become highly knowledgeable in the field and intentional about surrounding himself with skilled professionals. He has built a team of experts with years of experience managing complex construction projects.

Michael Meeks
Michael Meeks is a construction and real estate professional with over 25 years of experience spanning residential renovation, ground-up construction, architectural coordination, and real estate investment strategy. Throughout his career, Michael has led projects across the Southeast and beyond, overseeing everything from due diligence and design development to budgeting, construction administration, and asset repositioning.
As Head of Construction Management, Michael brings a hands-on, systems-driven approach to residential renovation and investment projects. His background includes directing large-scale renovations, managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating engineers and trades, and identifying opportunities to improve both functionality and long-term value in residential assets.
Known for his attention to detail and practical problem-solving, Michael plays an active role in planning, bidding, and execution, ensuring each project aligns with MayePack's standards for quality, efficiency, and return on investment. His experience allows him to bridge the gap between design intent, construction reality, and financial performance.
